Ali Alamir, CPA

Ali Alamir, CPA has extensive experience in tax and accounting services. His experience includes tax consulting and planning for small to medium size businesses as well as high net worth individuals. He also provides assistance to business owners from choosing the appropriate form of entity to implementing and maintaining accounting systems and software.

Ali started his career in public accounting at Moss Adams, LLP in Los Angeles, California with the wealth services department where he provided tax and attestation services to multi-state clients in industries including and not limited to entertainment, manufacturing , retail and distribution, real estate, and medical professionals. In 2009, he joined a local CPA firm in Woodland Hills, California, concentrating in providing full tax, accounting, and business management services to individuals, fiduciaries, corporations, and partnerships. His industry knowledge was expanded to cater to software developers, information technology, restaurants, and food manufacturers throughout Southern California.

Ali received his Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), with honors.. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), and CSULA Alumni Association.

Nima Aminian, CPA

With over 12 years of experience in public Accounting, Nima's main area of focus is tax planning and business advisory services for mid- to small-size businesses, as well as high net-worth individuals.

Nima started his career working for Macias Gini & O'Connell, LLP as an auditor, auditing large government entities such as the County of Los Angeles and the City of Ventura. After 2 years, He joined LGSH, LLP, one of the largest CPA firms in the San Fernando Valley, which merged with Citrin Cooperman in 2020. Nima has significant experience of working with clients in a variety of industries including entertainment, manufacturing/distributions and real estate.

Nima graduated from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) with a Master of Science in accounting. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

Outside of the office, Nima likes to run and play and watch his favorite sport, soccer.

Hoss Alamir, CPA

Hoss Alamir, CPA graduated with honors from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) and started his professional career with BDO, One of the biggest accounting firms in the world as a tax accountant. Thereafter, he changed paths from tax to financial accounting and CFO services in late 2016 and joined one of the fastest-growing firms in southern California, Signature Analytics. During this time, Hoss successfully obtained his CPA license and further expanded his knowledge in all areas of accounting including financial accounting, CFO services, and business consulting.

With over 10 years of experience in various fields of accounting, Hoss has significant knowledge of CFO services in various industries including but not limited to manufacturing, Retail, professional services, etc.

Hoss is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA)

Outside of his professional life, Hoss enjoys a range of hobbies including golf, horse riding, tennis, and cherishing moments with family and friends, emphasizing a balanced lifestyle.
